What are some candle safety tips?
1. This is obvious, but we have to say it: keep candles away from flammable items, away from anything drafty that might blow the flame into something flammable, and away from children and pets--they’re pretty flammable too.
2. Make sure you’re aware of a lit candle at all times. Try not to leave it alone, don’t accidentally leave the house, and definitely blow it out if you’re likely to fall asleep. It’s a worse feeling than dozing off on your midnight food delivery.
3. Blow out your candle carefully. Large wax pools can splatter and burn you. Be gentle, but make sure the flame is completely extinguished and all the smoke has cleared before replacing the lid. Don’t be that person.
How can I make the most out of my candle?
1. Get an even melt. Your first light should liquefy the whole top layer of wax, so you don’t end up with “memory rings”—that tunneling effect that makes wicks hard to reach.
2. Short wicks are happy wicks. When we say short, we mean short. Like ⅛ inch short. Keep them trim with a pair of scissors.
3. Don’t burn too long. We’re sure you’ll want our candle to be on all the time, but there’s such a thing as too much of a good thing. We recommend keeping the candle lit for no more than 4 hours.

1. Where do you currently ship?
We currently ship to the 50 states and Puerto Rico. You may experience longer delivery times when shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico.
2. What are the shipping options?
We offer free shipping, returns, and exchanges. Orders generally arrive in 4-7 business days. If you need an order expedited, we have an expedited shipping option at checkout. Please note we currently only ship within the USA.
3. When will my order ship?
After placing your order, processing takes 2 to 5 business days. As soon as it ships you’ll receive a shipment notification email with a tracking number.
4. How can I edit my shipping address?
If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email us as soon as possible.
What's your return policy?
All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order. Please email us with your order number (found on your order confirmation email) to initiate a return or exchange.
1. How long does it take to process a return?
Please allow 5-7 business days for your refund to process after we receive your return.
2. What happens if I don't like the scent?
We highly recommend ordering our complimentary Signature Experience Set that includes 1 oz. wax melts of all three signature scents to try out before purchasing a full-size candle.
